Toshakhana new case: PTI founder, Bushra Bibi’s 8-day physical remand approved

Islamabad Accountability Court judge Muhammad Ali Warraich approved the eight-day physical remand of PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi on the plea of ​​the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the new Toshakhana reference case.

The anti-graft body requested a 14-day remand, but the court had already granted a 6-day one, according to Imran Khan’s attorney, Ch Zaheer Abbas.

“The court extended the remand for two days at our request. Eight days have been added to both of their remands, according to Zaheer Abbas Chaudhry.

“Remand has been extended because the 190 million pound reference is also heard on July 20,” the attorney stated.

On July 22, the two accused will appear in court once more.
