Karachi weather update: Thunderstorm, rain likely today

The meteorological department said Karachi is experiencing pleasant and cloudy weather today and residents can expect a chance of rain accompanied by thunder later in the day.

Winds are now coming from the southwest at 11 km/h, contributing to the overall nice weather.

The constant rain in Tando Wala Yaar has transformed from a blessing to a curse, creating considerable interruptions in everyday living and economic operations. The low-lying districts have been inundated as a result of sporadic rainfall over the last two days, disrupting commerce and daily life.
