CM launches ‘air ambulance service’

LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif fulfilled another promise by launching air ambulance service in the province.

For the first time in Pakistani history, Haleema Bibi of Mianwali has been sent to Rawalpindi for treatment during the golden hour.

Haleema Bibi of Mianwali was rescued from death after falling from a roof thanks to the quick transfer to Rawalpindi by air ambulance, as directed by CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif. Haleema Bibi, forty years old, was in severe condition after falling from a rooftop.

The surgeon at DHQ Hospital Mianwali suggested that Haleema Bibi be immediately sent to Rawalpindi for treatment. Haleema Bibi was promptly sent to Rawalpindi using air ambulance trial service after receiving information and being directed by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. The physicians performed a procedure on Haleema Bibi.

While praying for CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Haleema Bibi’s family stated that she has proven to be an angel of blessing, and may Allah Almighty grant her a long life and success.

CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif also urged the country to pray for Haleema Bibi’s full recovery. She went on: “It is my earnest prayer and desire to wipe out grief and anguish from the life of every citizen.”
